LOOK WHAT WE USED OUR TESCO SPORT VOUCHERS FOR!

On Friday 30th June we were lucky enough to receive athletic coaching sessions from John Powell – Norwich Union British International Sprints Coach.
He was accompanied by two up-and-coming athletes for the future – Jason Hussain and Gavin Selway. Both athletes are the fastest for their age group, in the country.

Our children took part in sprint coaching sessions, learning about power, speed and strength.
Smiles and hard work were in evidence, as well as a willingness to improve individual performances. It was a most worthwhile experience for us all.

A few weeks later, we were pleased to receive a telephone call from John Powell who had also enjoyed the experience, and was wanting to return to the school, this time to offer us FREE coaching sessions! He had been impressed with how positive, well-behaved and enthusiastic the children were. Needless to say, we immediately said ‘Yes please!’

John and Jason returned on Friday 21 July, much to the delight of everyone.
